2011-2012 School Supply List

Reminder: This is a basic list, quarterly lists will be sent out as needed.

No trapper keepers or rolling book bags. We have limited space and there is not enough room to store these types of book bags

  • 1 three ring binder (1 ½ -2” wide)
  • 2 packages of 5 subject dividers with tabs
  • 2 green spiral (70 page wide rule ) notebooks for science( keep one at home for quarters 3&4)
  • 2 blue spiral (70 page wide rule ) notebooks for math( keep 1 at home for quarters 3&4)
  • 1 three ring pencil pouch with zipper ( to keep in 3-ring binder, No pencil boxes)
  • 6 packs of Wide rule Loose leaf notebook paper
  • 1 pack of black ink pens
  • 1 pack of red ink pens
  • 1 green ink pen
  • 1 blue ink pen ( we take notes  using different colors for different objectives)
  • 1 pack of #2 pencils
  • 1 packs of colored pencils
  • 1 hand held pencil sharpener with cover
  • 1 packs of slim tip markers
  • 1 packs of large tip makers
  • 1 package of document reinforcement tabs (circles)
  • 2 packs of index cards
  • 2 pocket folders
  • 4 glue sticks
  • 1 pack of either gallon, quart, or sandwich size  Ziplock bags
  • 1 wooden ruler – “MUST BE WOODEN”
  • 1 four-function calculator
  • 3 boxes of Kleenex
  • 2 rolls of paper towels
  • 1 pack of pencil top erasers
  • 2 packs of copy paper
  • 2 containers of Clorox Cleanup wipes
  • 1 pack of highlighters ( at least 3 different colors)
  • 1 dry board marker…any color
  • 1 pair scissors

 

QAIS Supply List

  • 2 Compositions Notebooks.
    • (For Quran & Arabic)
  • 1 wide ruled 70 Spiral Notebook for Islamic Studies (3rd-6th Grade) for (K-2nd Grade) a plastic Spiral Notebook.
  • 1 large glue stick.
  • 1 Kleenex box to share with the class.
  • Crayons, or color pencils, or washable markers.
  • 2 Highlighters (one is yellow) for (3rd – 6th Grade).
  • 3 two pocket folders. 

Please Label all supplies with your child’s name.
