Middle & High School Social Studies Teacher

Asalamu Alaykum, My name is Aneta Zajchowska, and I am excited to join CIA this year as a Social Studies teacher for middle and high school students. I was born and raised in Poland, where I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and holistic health sciences. I am a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach trained in active listening, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology. These experiences have shaped my deep commitment to holistic growth and education. I have a strong passion for exploring the truths that lie beneath the surface of traditional narratives, and I strive to inspire students to think critically and outside the box. In my classroom, I aim to build a diverse and inclusive learning community where students are encouraged to explore multiple perspectives, engage in meaningful discussions, and develop independent thought. I believe each student brings unique strengths to the classroom, and together, we can cultivate a respectful environment where everyone learns and grows as a team. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family exploring nature, gardening, reading, and watching documentaries. I look forward to a year filled with connection, curiosity, and discovery with my students!
